How long does each service take?
Service times vary depending on your hair length, thickness, and chosen treatment.
• Foils: from 30 minutes to 2+ hours
• Balayage: from 1.5 to 3.5+ hours
• Ombre: from 75 minutes to 3.5+ hours
• Colour: from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours
Our stylists will provide a more specific time estimate during your consultation
How long will the results last?
• Half Head of Foils: 6–8 weeks before touch-ups may be needed. A toner refresh may be needed every 4 weeks to prevent brassiness.
• Full Head of Foils: 8 - 12 weeks. Toner refreshes may be needed every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain the desired shade.
• Balayage - 3 to 6 months. A toner refresh or gloss is recommended every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain the colour and keep it from looking brassy.
We’ll provide you with personalised aftercare tips to maintain your new look.
Do I need to prepare my hair before my appointment?
Yes, for best results, we recommend arriving with clean, dry hair that is free of heavy styling products. This ensures even application and optimal results for colouring, straightening, etc.
Are there any aftercare instructions for these treatments?
Yes, each service has specific aftercare guidelines to maintain the best results:
• For foils, use a colour-safe shampoo and conditioner to preserve your new shade.
Our stylists will provide detailed aftercare instructions tailored to your service.
Can I combine offers or add other services to my appointment?
Absolutely! If you’d like to combine services (e.g., adding a haircut to your Full Head of Foils or a treatment with your extensions), let us know when booking, and we’ll customise your appointment to suit your needs. Additional services may come at an extra cost.
